01 Position

Nigeria rewards operators who already know where the doors are.

“Market entry is not a document exercise. It is a sequence of relationships, filings and commercial decisions that have to happen in the right order.”

We work with two kinds of client. The first is an international firm that wants Nigerian revenue without the cost, delay and exposure of incorporating a local entity. The second is a Nigerian business that has outgrown improvisation and needs its strategy, filings and supply lines put on a professional footing.

Both get the same thing from us: a single accountable desk in Lagos that holds the regulator relationships, the commercial network and the operational discipline to move a mandate from intent to executed.

Our five verticals are deliberately connected. A market-entry blueprint runs into Firstpass for CAC and NIPC acceleration. A representation mandate under Nexus draws on the same commodity network that supplies our aggregation desk. Capability gaps identified in advisory are closed by our training practice.
