The house

Built for the part of the work that is difficult.

Davry & Company Ltd was formed around a straightforward observation: in Nigeria, the gap between a good commercial idea and a functioning operation is filled almost entirely by execution.

01 Position
We are an advisory and operating house, not a consultancy that files a report and withdraws. Our verticals exist because clients kept asking us to carry the next step — from the strategy into the filings, from the filings into representation, from representation into supply.

That sequence is now the business. Five connected verticals, one desk in Opebi, and a standard of delivery we hold whether the mandate is a board-level restructuring or a single container of graded sesame.

We operate a dedicated sales division that distributes fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to local markets. Our supply network covers everyday essentials, including food products, cosmetics, and household items. By partnering closely with manufacturers and retailers, we keep supply chains moving to ensure these products are always available when and where consumers need them.

We are deliberately selective. We take mandates we believe we can execute, and we say so plainly when we cannot.

02 Our mission

DAVRY and Co Ltd drives global growth through expert business consulting, seamless FirstPass facilitation, strategic Nexus Global representation, and reliable commodities aggregation and trading.

03 Our vision

To be a premier global gateway, empowering businesses through strategic consulting, seamless trade facilitation, international representation, and world-class commodities aggregation and trading.

Jide Olufemi

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Nigeria does not lack opportunity. It lacks operators willing to be accountable for the difficult middle — the filings, the sequence, the follow-through. That is the work we chose.

Jide Olufemi · Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jide Olufemi is a senior executive and commercial strategist with over 30 years of experience leading sales, digital marketing, and petroleum midstream and downstream initiatives. Known for navigating complex regulatory environments, he specializes in supply chain structuring, commercial documentation, and trade setups across Nigeria and international borders. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles spanning the energy, logistics, and consulting sectors.

His core expertise includes aviation fuel procurement, LPG terminal setup, and free trade zone registrations. Mr. Olufemi frequently advises on regulatory licensing, cross-border trade optimization, and multimodal logistics, including rail and air freight networks. Additionally, he drives digital innovation by developing commodities trading infrastructure and commercial software platforms.

In previous roles, Mr. Olufemi served as Head of Commercial at Goal Energy LTD, securing major aviation fuel agreements with international airlines like Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways. He also served as Head of Aviation at Conoil Plc, directing jet fuel distribution and managing key client accounts. His advisory work includes structuring regulatory filings for prominent entities such as BGE (Nigeria) FZE Ltd and AMMO Lube Ltd.

As a hands-on strategist, Mr. Olufemi combines deep technical knowledge of energy markets with expertise in brand identity and visual communication. He continues to drive commercial growth and strict regulatory compliance across West Africa's energy and corporate sectors.
03 Institutional pillars

What we hold ourselves to.

01

Accountability

One named person owns each mandate from engagement letter to handover. There is no committee to escalate into.

02

Sequence

We do the steps in the order the market actually requires, and we say plainly when a step cannot be skipped.

03

Candour

We decline mandates we do not believe we can execute, and we report bad news at the point we learn it.
