The Firstpass desk has taken on two regulatory analysts

Capacity on regulatory facilitation has roughly doubled, which shortens the queue on NIPC and CAC files going into the new year.

Two regulatory analysts joined the Firstpass desk this month, both with prior time on the filing side rather than only the advisory side. That distinction matters: the delays that cost clients money are procedural, and the people who spot them are the ones who have assembled packets before.

What changes for clients

Files that previously queued behind one another now run in parallel. For a straightforward incorporation and NIPC registration, the queue was the largest single component of the elapsed time; it is now the smallest.

We are not publishing a headline timeline, because the honest answer depends on how quickly a client returns documents. What we will say is that the part we control has shortened.
