Regulatory
Regulatory Analyst, Firstpass
Own live incorporation and licensing files end to end, from name reservation through to compliance handover.
01
The role
You will carry your own Firstpass files. That means holding the sequence, preparing the filings, dealing directly with the CAC, NIPC and sector regulators, and being the person the client calls for a status.
This is not a support role. From your second month you will be named on files and accountable for their timeline.

What you will own
- Prepare and lodge CAC incorporation and post-incorporation filings
- Manage NIPC business permit and expatriate quota applications
- Map sector licensing requirements against a client's actual trading activity
- Maintain the compliance calendar for handover clients
- Brief clients directly on status, blockers and realistic timelines
What we need from you
- 01 2–4 years in corporate/commercial law, company secretarial practice or regulatory consulting in Nigeria
- 02 Direct, personal experience filing with the CAC — not supervising someone who does
- 03 LLB, or a related degree with demonstrable regulatory practice
- 04 Writing that a client can act on without a follow-up call
- 05 Comfort holding a deadline you did not personally cause to slip
